Who you are buying from

The Magnetic Screens Company Norway is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Norwegian administration address: Nedre Slottsgate 13-15, 0157 Oslo, Norway. Registered address: Suite 8, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand. Email: theteam@norwayscreens.com. Phone: +66 (0) 98 391 3877. The E-commerce Act (ehandelsloven) requires an online seller to identify itself clearly, which is what this section is for.

The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We confirm each order and keep a record of it; the confirmation restates what you bought, the price, the delivery charge and the withdrawal right.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal when you place the order. Delivery is free on orders of kr349 or more, otherwise a flat kr200 express charge applies and is shown before you pay.

Your right of withdrawal

You have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal under the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). How it works, the standard withdrawal form, and our own fifteen-day returns window on top of it are set out on the Refunds & Returns page.

Defects

Your rights over faulty goods come from the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), including the right to complain within two years of delivery, or five years for goods intended to last materially longer. Details on the Refunds & Returns page.

Using this website

The content of this site is ours or our licensors' and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape, republish or misrepresent it. Product images show the products as accurately as screens and photography allow; measure your own opening before ordering, and see the Disclaimer for what remains your responsibility in a DIY installation.

Marketing

Our marketing follows the Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven), enforced by Forbrukertilsynet. If you believe anything on this site falls short of it, tell us at theteam@norwayscreens.com and we will look at it straight away.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may take it to the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation and then to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget), and you may sue at your own domicile's court. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.
