Product information

We keep product descriptions, measurements and guides accurate and current, and correct errors when we find them. Screens are physical goods photographed and described in good faith; small variations in shade and finish can occur between batches and between screens and print.

DIY guidance

Our guides explain how to measure, cut and fit our screens. They are general guidance, not a survey of your building. You know your own windows and doors; if an opening is unusual, ask us before ordering through the quote service.

Insect protection

A correctly fitted screen keeps flying insects out of the opening it covers. No screen makes a whole home insect-proof: doors open, other openings exist, and very small insects can pass any mesh coarser than they are - which is why we sell midge mesh for midge country.

Marketing claims
