The Magnetic Screens Company Norway is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our Norwegian administration address is Nedre Slottsgate 13-15, 0157 Oslo, Norway, and our registered address is Suite 8, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand. The law that applies
Norway is part of the European Economic Area, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to us as implemented in Norway by the Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven). The Norwegian supervisory authority is Datatilsynet.
What we collect, and why
- Order data - your name, delivery address, email and what you bought. We need this to perform the contract: to take payment, deliver your order and send order emails.
- Support email - what you send us when you contact theteam@norwayscreens.com, kept so we can resolve your enquiry and see its history.
- Payment data - handled by Stripe or PayPal. Your full card details never touch our servers.
- Analytics - Google Analytics runs only if you consent through the cookie banner, and IP anonymisation is on.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email unless you have opted in, and every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years to match the Norwegian bookkeeping rules, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept while your enquiry and any follow-up are open. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings, at most 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where the law allows, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Email theteam@norwayscreens.com and we will act on it without undue delay. You also have the right to complain to Datatilsynet at datatilsynet.no.
