Delivery charges

Delivery is free across Norway on orders of kr349 or more. Below that, express courier delivery is a flat kr200. The charge, if any, is shown in your cart before you pay, and express delivery remains available as an option on orders over the threshold.

Dispatch and delivery times

Screens are cut to order, so please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. You receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email once your parcel has shipped, usually 48 to 96 hours after purchase. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Parcel page.

Risk and delivery

Under the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), the goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging, keep everything, and email theteam@norwayscreens.com - we will put it right at no cost to you.

All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
